Marco is a seasoned entrepreneur, author and strategic consultant with over 30 years of extensive experience, Founder at CryptocomplianceUAE and Equity Partner at a leading International Tax Planning and Financial Advisory Firm. With his extensive expertise in the crypto space, Marco has established a strong reputation as a thought leader, adept at navigating the rapidly evolving world of blockchain and digital asset technologies, and how they connect and interact with legacy financial systems. Marco recently launched his third venture, CryptocomplianceUAE, specializing in digital assets, with a clear mission: to enhance the performance of traditional business and maximizing returns on legacy financial assets by seamlessly integrate Crypto technologies and products into conventional finance and business strategies. He has recently published his book, "What the Hell Are Cryptocurrencies?", further solidifying his role as an educator in the crypto space. A 1991 graduate of the University of Milan, he speaks four languages fluently and has lived as an expatriate in cities worldwide, including New York, Tokyo, Lugano, and throughout the Middle East, with Dubai as his current home.

She has a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects, streamlining financial processes, conducting detailed analyses, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards. Her strategic approach has consistently delivered results, driving revenue growth, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across industries such as Oil and Gas. Laura also brings extensive tax expertise, adeptly navigating complex regulations in countries including Italy, France, Monaco, Switzerland, and the UAE. Certified in Accounting and Business Administration in Switzerland, Laura also holds a Diploma in Foreign Languages.
